By creating an account or using Prism (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using Prism on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from Billing settings; access continues through the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it via unauthorized means, interfering with other users, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you provide to Prism. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights are advisory and should not be relied on as the sole basis for business decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by closing your account.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
